Ten Lifestyle's existing processes rely on multiple disconnected systems, resulting in delayed KPI reporting, inconsistent performance information and time-consuming preparation for coaching sessions.

TenView introduces a centralised, role-based platform that enables Lifestyle Managers, Team Managers and administrators to monitor performance, investigate KPI trends and support continuous professional development. Through interactive dashboards, detailed KPI breakdowns, AI-assisted performance insights and structured coaching workflows, the platform aims to transform traditional performance reporting into an accessible, proactive and actionable experience.

Beyond performance monitoring, TenView incorporates learning and development capabilities that connect identified performance gaps with targeted coaching, learning activities and improvement actions. Its design emphasises transparency, usability and data-informed decision-making, while providing a foundation for future integration with Ten Lifestyle's enterprise data infrastructure.
