One Click ERP Reporting Module

One Click ERP Reporting Module

The One Click Reporting Module was developed by Team 9 (TULS) to address the need of an accessible, flexible, accurate and meaningful business reporting from transactional data generated by One Click’s existing POS + ERP environment. The project focuses on improving the usability of financial and operational performance, reducing manual data input and interpretation whilst supporting informed management decision-making.

Our proposed solution is a web-based reporting application that integrates with the organisations existing Firebase Cloud Firestore database. Instead of simply replacing the operational system, the module provides a dedicated read-only reporting interface in which management can access consolidated information, explore trends and evaluate business performance.

Our application is developed using ASP.NET Core Razor Pages, C# and .Net 10, with Firebase Cloud Firestore serving as the cloud database. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Chart.js support the interactive UI. The layered architecture separates database retrieval, reporting aggregation, business logic and presentation which in turn improves maintainability and consistency.

Some of the systems major features include an interactive management dashboard, sales reporting, financial performance indicators, filters, data visualisations and automated business insights. A light and dark mode for user preference.

Our project demonstrates the value of integrating existing operational data with a purpose-built reporting solution. Transforming what was once purely transaction records into structured, actionable and visual information, the One Click Reporting Module provides a foundation for improved business monitoring, reporting efficiency and backable decision-making.
