The LiQuid Dashboard is a digital platform designed to make invoice submission, review, approval and tracking easier and more efficient. The main goal for LiQuid is to help SMEs gain access to early payment opportunities. Many SMEs experience financial pressure while waiting for their invoices to be paid, and this project aims to address that problem by making the process of applying for early payment simpler and more accessible.
Our proposed solution is a user-friendly dashboard that uses technologies such as Firebase, Meta Cloud API and Groq API. The dashboard allows users to view invoice details, track application statuses, approve or reject applications and manage SME information. The system also includes a WhatsApp Chatbot, allowing SMEs to register, communicate with LiQuid staff, submit early payment applications and tracking application statuses.
The system is divided into a frontend and backend, with the frontend structured in a 3-layer architecture. The UI of the dashboard was built using ReactJs, while backend processes is handled by Node.js. Firebase is used to store data and documents. Meta Cloud API is responsible for WhatsApp communication and Chatbot. Groq API supports AI-assisted interactions. Other features of the dashboard include with the dashboard is affordability assessments, automated notifications, report generation and real-time updates, allowing users to keep track of applications.
Overall, the project shows how bringing information together and automating certain processes improves invoice management and reducing unnecessary delays. The LiQuid Dashboard provides a practical prototype that can help improve the early payment process and make funding easier for SMEs.
