Abstract
The graduate hiring landscape in South Africa is fragmented. Students search across multiple platforms and still miss opportunities, while employers receive large volumes of unsuitable applications. Knock is a two-sided intelligent matchmaking platform that addresses this. Students receive personalised mathced opportunities through the KnockBot, a conversational bot and mini app accessed via Telegram. Companies access a curated pool of matched candidates through the Knock Platform, a web application. The result is that opportunities actively find students, bringing the right opportunity to the right student at the right time.
