The proposed solution is an AI-powered chatbot integrated into WhatsApp that automates the hiring workflow for clients of Traverse. Through conversational interaction, the chatbot collects required candidate information and documentation directly within chats, reducing friction in the application process. On the recruiter side, the solution provides a centralised interface that organises and streamlines applications, enabling faster review and decision-making.
Description Of Basic Tech Stack/Architecture
The system uses WhatsApp as the primary platform, Twilio CLI (v6.0.0) for messaging integration, Replit (v3.30) for code management, React for the hiring manager’s user interface and Supabase CLI (v2.33.7) for backend data management.
