Many entrepreneurs struggle to reach aligned investors, while investors waste time on unfocused outreach. The platform must: (1) enable entrepreneurs to publish clear pitches; (2) help investors discover opportunities by factors such as industry and location; (3) protect user privacy; (4) encourage trust through verification; and (5) sustain operations with a fair subscription model.

Proposed solution

Siza Entrepreneur is a private web marketplace that connects entrepreneurs and investors. Founders submit a standardised pitch (title, short summary, media, financial projections, documents). Investors utilise advanced filters to browse pitch summaries and must accept an NDA-first prompt before they can view full details. Messaging includes automatic blocking of phone numbers and emails in free tiers to keep conversations on-platform, and contact is unlocked via Premium so that the platform is compensated for matchmaking. A community forum, events/webinars, and a small resource library support learning and engagement.

Design / tech stack / architecture

The frontend is developed with responsive HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Firebase is used as Backend-as-a-Service (Authentication for email/Google login; Firestore for users, pitches, messages, subscriptions; Storage for media). Cloud Functions handle verification workflows, abuse checks, and notification fan-out. Security Rules enforce role-based access (entrepreneur/investor/admin) and NDA acceptance gates. Hosting is done via Firebase/Cloud CDN. 

Major features

Major features include: profile verification; standardised pitch submit; NDA-gated viewing; investor daily limit (2 full pitches/day) until Premium; safe messaging with blocking until Premium; search and filtering; notifications; forum and resources; as well as basic analytics for engagement and administrative functionality for effective oversight.

The solution is feasible, scalable, and privacy-first. By combining verification, NDA gating, and clear monetisation, Siza creates a trusted channel where ideas are evaluated quickly and fairly.
