Hubble SkyLab

Hubble Studios is an EduTech company that prides itself in creating industry-leading educational software that has grabbed the attention of clients such as Harvard University, EdX, and Johnson & Johnson institute. Their growth, much like their success, has been continuous and has resulted in the company outgrowing their existing employee management operations. The Human Reasource team struggles to keep up with the demands of the employees and have approached TecSupport to assist them in providing a solution. 

Hubble Studios' HR Team underwent a process analysis to diagnose the inefficiencies within their operations. The outcome of the analysis was the development of a bespoke web-based application called SkyLab, which would combined the unique culture of Hubble Studios whilst providing a natural progression from manual to the updated semi-automated processes.

Activities within the system comprise of Employee Onboarding, Management and Offboarding; while also providing activities sich as Hubble SkySkills and Performance Reviewing. 

Hubble SkyLab redefines the concept of Employee Management by empowering users to control their own information. This bespoke system is modelled to accommodate the unique culture of Hubble Studios and provides a simple web-based interface that centralises employee-facing activities to optimise Human Resource operations.
